They were able to provide a surveyor at short notice, who provided a very clear and thorough report. They were also able to give me a call after the survey to go over the key highlights before taking the time to draft a full written report.

Cannot fault the service we received! Clear communication throughout. We had our survey booked in the same week we paid for it, I was called straight after to be given an overview of the report and then the full report was sent to me that evening! Would recommend to anyone!

I had a Level 3 Survey carried out through the moving portal and the service was brilliant from start to finish.They were competitively priced (the cheapest I found after half a dozen quotes), quick to get out to the property, extremely professional and thorough in the report itself, and always fast to respond to any queries I had both before and after the Survey. The surveyor I had was very helpful and happy to speak on the phone to discuss things further once the survey had been completed, too. Very pleased and would definitely use again.
